Shoutout to Vlad Raducu for pushing me and exceeding my goals with the personal fitness trainer program. He has made the transition into a new gym a memorable experience and he has been very helpful in educating me on how to push myself further and further with every workout! Highly recommend!

The best gym in town, staff is always friendly and energetic! The gym itself is clean, very large & has all the equipment you could want. I highly recommend signing up here as you wont get a better gym experience in Nanaimo. Take my word for it, or just go on in and see for yourself. The staff will most definitely be excited to see you!

I switched over here about a month ago and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the staff are always making a point to say hello and goodbye, and it’s super clean! The woman’s only section is a bonus and I hear they are starting childminding soon which is huge for the days the Littles don’t go to preschool. I highly recommend it to people of all fitness levels and goals!!!
