GoodLife Fitness Markham Birchmount and Enterprise

My experiences at Birchmount GoodLife have been phenomenal. The management, staff, and instructors have always been polite and friendly. The gym, especially the fitness and spin classrooms, are pretty spacious with plenty of room to exercise. I'm incredibly grateful to all the excellent instructors who have been with the club since day one and keep coming back despite everything we've endured these past two years with lockdowns, social distancing, QR codes, masks on/masks off, and online bookings. Our instructors, Michael, Jean, Elaine, and Miila, to name a few, as there are many others, really make it all worthwhile. All we want is to have a great workout and enjoy all the benefits of being a member of this fantastic facility. The personal training program with Jordan exceeded my expectations! He is incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding. The workouts were challenging but manageable, and he was always there to motivate and push me beyond my limits. It's been an absolute pleasure working with him, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Satisfied with a solid 10/10.

I visit my spin class regularly at this location, and I'm hooked to it due to the instructor. Michael is a brilliant instructor, very inspirational and a great motivator. Michael keeps the sessions fresh by varying the music and routine in every class. Can’t wait to return to my spin session. I highly recommend everyone to attend the spin sessions here.
