Orange Theory was the best self-care I did for myself! Love everything about the Kingston branch! Friendly staff, amazing coaches and a clean organized environment! All you need and want to unwind yourself for an hour!

I joined a couple of weeks ago and I am addicted. The staff and coaches are very welcoming and helpful. The classes are very motivating and not intimidating in the least. It is like having a personal trainer in your ear, challenging you to pick up the pace. It is all based on what you can do, and there are other options if you have injuries.

Love this place, people are great and always make you feel welcomed. Workouts are always different, I always leave happy and feeling accomplished!
