The staff is great, they’re easy to talk to. The gym is always clean, and just in the past 2 months that I’ve been here, there have already been small renovations that don’t get in your way while you do your thing, and 1 new equipment. So I can say that if you seek growth and improvement here, this gym will improve with you.

ONE OF THE BEST GYMS IN ALL OF CANADA. They have some of the greatest pieces of equipment ever invented like Prime & Arsenal. The owners are local and extremely passionate about providing excellent service, but also truly care about all their members. The gym is always spotless, not too busy and has a great atmosphere. If you are into lifting or bodybuilding this will be a gym heaven.

I joined this gym about 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and the other gym customers are friendly, even helpful at times with assisting or explaining how to do certain machines etc. I feel safe even in the evening when it's quiet. All and all its a 5+ from me!!
