Dejan was very detailed and thorough both verbally as well as in his photo-based inspection report for our townhome. He took the time to clearly communicate with bus during and after the inspection in both the fine details and what is practically most important - his experienced eyes and ears never forget to see what is going on with a property irrespective of which era of building codes for which it is built ( ours was a 80's townhouse). You will not be dealing with any unknowns or surprises on your purchase if you hire them.

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Dejan inspected our prospective purchase and went WAY above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to explain everything in the right amount of detail, in ways I could understand, and he even went as far as providing me his personal contact details and said we could call or text him any time in the future with any questions we had about the home we are buying. Dejan was punctual, quick yet very thorough. He even got drone footage of the roof of the whole condo building. I would recommend Access, and specifically Dejan, to anyone.

Dejan was very knowledgeable, thorough and informative (and personable). He took the time to answer any questions we had and provided the home inspection report the same day, alongside a separate Deficiency List that could be provided directly to the builder or agent. Would highly recommend!
