Pierre was wonderful to work with. I ended up needing him for several properties, as I was looking to purchase an older vintage home which typically are “fixer-uppers”. I really appreciated the thermal imaging for moisture and use of drones. He was so knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
