North 49 Home Inspections

We had north 49 do a house inspection for us and they were amazing. Tim and Russel did a fantastic job. They found a problem and called right away to ask if we wanted them to continue. They did a very thorough job. Looked at everything, things I did not think of. Gave a description of what was wrong and who to contact for further investigation. I would highly recommend, very much worth the reasonable price They charge. Thank you guys very much, you do wonderful work.

These guys did a very thorough inspection of a property I purchased. I now know everything that needs to be given attention and the severity of each detail. The report was very well written and easy to understand. They provided pictures of everything they found so it’s easy to fix or show a professional exactly what is needed and where.
