We have nothing but fantastic things to say about Air Zone. Their service, professionalism, and attitude were amazing we would definitely use their services when needed! We especially enjoyed our Salesperson Matt R. who was very responsive and attentive to us and our needs. Shaun, Paul, abs Chris installed a new furnace and a brand new A/C system, and they were fantastic while in it home. Very personably, respectful and extremely professional. I cannot recommend this company enough. And if someone else is offering you a better deal, run it by Air Zone. They were able to make us an even better deal at the end of the day.

When a company says 100% satisfaction, many fall short. Not AirZone HVAC. I have had several interactions with AirZone over the last 2 years and the customer service has been exceptional every time. Top down a first rate company I would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service. Most recently I needed a new humidifier filter which I was having trouble locating. 1 phone call to AirZone, spoke to Matt Robinson who went out of his way to not only locate new filters for me but on his own time personally delivered them to us in Orleans!! 5 stars aren’t enough. Thank you as always for the top notch customer service. You have our HVAC business for life. Well done!

I had AirZone come to our house to do maintenance on our fireplace and install a new remote. I highly recommend this Company. The guy that came on 2 occasions, called Brian was very professional, he did a great job and was helpful in answering any of my questions. I will be seeking them for other services in the future. In addition, Samantha who answered a few of my calls was very polite. Both Brian and Samantha seemed to really care about me as customer and my needs. Thank you.
