KDB was great to work with. We had never had central air prior and after moving in we were unsure if it was actually working. They quickly diagnosed it and set us up with the required repairs and replacement of equipment where necessary. They took the time to explain how the system works and how to maximize efficiency all the while making sure the system will last for many many years. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The customer service with the company was top-notch and really went the extra mile for us. I have no complaints and highly recommend them for anyone looking for work in or around Kamloops.

My air conditioner broke down on Saturday of the long weekend and they called me immediately to set up a time to fix it. Someone else ended up fixing it for me and I called to thank them anyways. They still called me to ensure it was all okay. Customer service like this is very rare these days. I would highly recommend this business.

Quick to respond despite onslaught of calls besieging them during this spell of hot weather; they efficiently diagnosed the issue; repairs were done and our home is cooled down once gain. Fast, friendly, honest and reasonable pricing to boot. Highly recommend them.
