Rapid Cool Mechanical

I called Rapid Cool and the first thing was, they answered their phone! Peter was scheduled to come around 1 that same day to fix our failed extractor/lift pump in our basement. He arrived on time, discussed a plan and gave us a quote. He returned the next day as planned and finished the job quickly. He took care to protect our carpets and home while working. He was polite and efficient. I can’t say enough as to how much we appreciated the entire process. Only plumbing heating company we will ever call!

Their team is great! Long time ago, a friend referred them to me. Since then, I have hired then several times for different issues - water tank, plumbing, heating issues. They are very helpful! And, they found some issues that other technicians did not noticed before (from another company). Since their team is great! I have also referred them to my other friends and neighbours! Thank you!

Brian arrived on time. Very courteous. He was cleaning and servicing air conditioner and furnace. He was quick, and very efficient. I would recommend Rapid Cool to anyone. Very happy. Brian is a real nice young man an asset to his company.
