Thermo-Maitre

I contacted thermo-maitre because I had heard great recommendations. I have to say that everything I heard was right. From the moment I called, I received excellent service. Installation was done exactly when I was told it would be done and the technicians were amazing. Extremely efficient, clean, polite and answered any question that I had. I couldn’t believe at how fast they worked. Huge upgrade from the system we had before, and it works perfectly!

I had a great experience with the installation of an a/c heat pump with two units in my older house. When I called to get a quote they sent someone the next day and were available to install within a few weeks. It has been great now that it is getting hot out to keep a nice temperature in the house. Would for sure recommend them.

We have used Thermo-Maitre in the past. I had questions about the air conditioner. First it is nice that someone actually answers the phone. I spoke to David who answered my questions. He was pleasant, patient and so helpful. I thought it should be mentioned since it is so rare these days. Thank you David for your help it is very much appreciated. There were a couple issues with the installation that I included in my first review. The owner called me immediately and came to our house to discuss. He apologized and rectified everything. I was very happy to see how much the owner cares about customer satisfaction, especially given that over the lifespan of this system we will have questions and need maintenance done at some point.
