Contacted Sandra for help over wide range of childhood trauma. I was pleasantly surprised with her diagnosis and line of treatment. My trauma had led to self sabotage. Once we dealt with that I found myself free of guilt and anger. I would recommend her with an A.

Positive changes hypnosis changed my life. I smoked for decades and thought I was never going to be able to stop. I bought a 9 session package and by session number 3 I had absolutely no desire to smoke. I have been smoke free now for 7 months and thriving. Positive Changes also helped me prepare for major surgery. I suffer from crippling anxiety and hypnosis helped me be calm and collected for my surgery. My family was surprised to see how calm I was, and that was important to me. Thank you Sandra for helping me better my life and be smoke free and healthy. I absolutely recommend Positive Changes if you want to quit smoking or handle anxiety. It really worked for me.

I had a couple of session with Shalom in the recent past. And they have been nothing short of amazing! Both the times I felt completely light after each session as if some burden was lifted off of me. Highly recommend these hypnotherapy sessions for anyone who wants to make lasting changes to their life.
