3 Best Yoga Studios in Hamilton, ON

Yogashala has been my light through everyday movement for my body, prenatal yoga, and now postnatal. They have such a wide variety (and time selections) of different classes. Being a member here for almost 2yrs now, I still get excited to show up to the studio weekly and be greeted by all the warm, welcoming staff. The teachers/instructors, and the entire team are all so caring and loving. It really does give you the “home away from home” feeling. Being able to attend here for some well-needed ME time, or being able to bring the babe - has made this space a saving grace. You will not be disappointed when signing up to Yogashala Waterdown. Ps. They also sell the cutest clothing (and more).

Yogashala has literally saved my life. Because the mind speaks through the body, I was falling apart at the seams. The people of Yogashala have helped heal my body through first healing my mind, by being so welcoming, loving, caring, and providing a safe space for me to cry on my mat. I am deeply grateful for the many wonderful instructors who’ve been so consistent, giving positive energy and support through outstanding instruction every single day: Cheri, Lindsay, Barb, Jackie, Allison, Wendy, Lindsey, Carmen, Natalie, and Julie and more. I highly recommend Yogashala if you want to become stronger mentally and physically, but also to find the answers to your questions. It’s better than going to a therapist 100%. I've been to Yogashala twice now. I come from Hamilton so it's an hour drive in total. I really appreciate the calm atmosphere and friendly people. Also, the reasonable pricing. What I am ever grateful for is this studio does not burn incense or anything else. I health issues with scents and it's a huge barrier for me since a lot of studios love to burn it. So thank you for being worth the drive from Hamilton in so many ways.

I came across Circle Studios when they offered a beginner class for free and afterwards tried their 30 days unlimited introductory offer. I wasn’t sure at first if I would find a class that would appeal to me since I generally don’t like heated classes, but there were a variety of warmly heated classes that I enjoyed like the Yin Yang Vinyasa and Rest Renew & Recalibrate and the unheated Restorative Yoga. The most challenging class for me was the Slow Burn Pilates X. The first time I tried it my abs were hurting all of next day so I knew it was definitely doing something ! Circle Studios has a convenient location in downtown Hamilton with ample street parking nearby. And the way the studio is set up on the main floor with a short hallway I feel like I can just go in and out fairly quickly each class unlike other yoga studios I’ve tried which is on the second floor. The studio is clean and well maintained, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone considering yoga practice for fitness, relaxation and meditation.

Circle studios is a lovely yoga studio in Hamilton. I was referred by a friend of mine, and was glad to have tried their 1 month introductory classes. The studio consists of a wide range of yoga practices which is perfect for whatever your body is able to handle. The teachers are very friendly and kind and always encourage you to do your best. And most importantly, the people you come across are awesome, such a wonderful community...always feel welcomed. Whether you are new to yoga or consider yourself a yogi, this studio has got whatever you need and more!.

Amazing studio, the classes offered there are challenging yet so much fun! I took advantage of the Introductory Offer for the hot yoga, but have ended up trying almost all the different classes. Inferno Hot Pilates is a total must! Great instructors and a fabulous bunch of fellow practitioners.
