We had a great experience. The staff and vet were very friendly and answered all our questions. The vet was honest with us and offered after visit support via the phone if we had any additional questions. He was willing to work with our financial situation respectfully. Thank you East Mountain, for being there for us in a very stressful time. Your compassion made a world of difference. We will come back in the future when needed for our 2 dogs.

This Animal hospital is the absolute best!! Very supportive and caring for my needs and my cats I had no wait at all was seen immediately. The staff was amazing I would definitely give these guys a 5 star !!!! Thanks again for taking care of my boy !!

They were extremely compassionate during my visit for euthanasia i recommend them for anyone they made us comfortable and relaxed as possible under the circumstances

I had an amazing experience today. For the longest time my dog has been dealing with bowel issues and we could not find answers until today. Right from the receptionist, to the vet technician and Dr Harxhi everyone is kind and compassionate. Dr Harxhi is very patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed, he took the time to explain my dog’s diagnosis and treatment options. His bedside manner is wonderful. Thanks so much for everything today. It’s such a relief to find a vet clinic where the staff cares and makes you feel you are not just another client.

Extremely caring and kind staff. They handled my cat with love and care and answered every question I had. Great place for first time pet owners!

Hands down the most warm, professional and thorough vet office. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've been bringing my cats here for a few years and don't want to go anywhere else. Everytime my cats have had a medical emergency the staff have always helped ease my anxiety and go through every step so my cats can feel better. They are also reasonably priced and truly care for their pet patients!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this clinic . From the moment you walk in you're greated by friendly caring staff. I had to put my elder cat down and they were so patient and thorough about my options. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful vet for your pets. I was very upset and they were ever so caring

The best ones I have ever met, they gat kindness, caring, supporting oh my gosh everything just in place.
