Wow! I had an incredible experience with Shawna and I just had to leave a review. I am a former elite athlete and still train at a high level of fitness which means my body is always shielded with tense, sore and sometimes stressed out muscles. Shawna blew me away today. This is my second time seeing her, the first time was a hot stone massage (which was also incredible) but today was exactly what I’ve been looking for in a therapist for YEARS! It’s safe to say I’m now a loyal client. I’m not going anywhere. I found the one Shawna mixed the perfect amount of pain with pleasure and I could feel the care in healing my muscles through her hands She did not hold back on the parts that needed a lot of pressure and I appreciate that. 5/5 is not easy to achieve but Shawna sure gets a perfect score for her work.

I just had my massage with Dara yesterday...amazing experience!!!! Dara went above and beyond she not only gave me outstanding massage but also gave me great tips and advise for my needs. I have gone to many massage therapists over the years and can honestly say that Dara is one of the best I have ever had!!!! The only flaw is that it is hard to book the appointment ... totally understand why!!!!! :)

When I booked my appointment I had a very stiff back from working at my job. Carlo did an amazing job loosening up the knots and he was very informative on the functions of the muscles and what I can do to maintain my back. Will be back!

Today was my first visit with Melissa. As soon as I walked in the door she made me feel welcomed so I knew I was in good hands. Melissa is professional, welcoming and very knowledgable in her profession. The atmosphere with soft music and the AMAZING massage from Malissa was enough to send me a million miles away from the stresses of everyday life. She was so good, the time flue by very quickly, so I had to book another appointment right after! If you’re searching for a good RMT, then look no further. I highly highly recommend her services!

Both myself and a family member had an excellent experience with Melissa- she was through, professional, friendly, and made it that much more of a relaxing and comfortable experience. She's also very patient and informative- couldn't recommend more!

Melissa is excellent and knows exactly where to find the spots that need attention and works all areas. She explains everything highly-qualified and recommended thank you Melissa!!

Such a wonderful place. They were able to fit me in the same day despite being very busy. Coordinated direct billing with Manulife which was very convenient. Kind, clean, and thorough. Vincent did an incredible job; will definitely be requesting him in the future. Can't wait to come back.
