I had the most relaxing and positive hypnotherapy session with Valerie. From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere that I immediately felt at ease. Valerie’s voice and guidance were so soothing, and the entire experience left me feeling peaceful, refreshed, and centered. What I really appreciated was how knowledgeable Valerie is — she explained everything clearly and took the time to understand what I was hoping to gain from the session. I felt completely supported and safe throughout the process. I highly recommend Valerie to anyone looking for a gentle, uplifting, and truly positive hypnotherapy experience.
