My mom’s prescriptions are difficult. She has Parkinsons disease. I convinced her to go in and just have a consultation with Bob and let her decide if she wanted to switch. She had already been to quite a few pharmacies. But when she got home from Surlang she said to me that she had never been in a pharmacy like Surlang. No one in any pharmacy had sat down with her, spent as much time, given her as much information on her medications, answered her questions so thoroughly and was treated so kindly and professionally. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and kind always goes above and beyond in serving their patients. You can find anything from basic prescription to an odd bandage they have it all, this should be your first stop for service, price and value. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Their pharmacy department is what makes them stand out from other London Drugs locations. Ryan, Sandy, Geoff and the whole team are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Regardless of how swamped they are, you can always rely on kind, compassionate and reliable service. I highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you’re a more complex patient!

I'm sorry I couldn't catch any of the names, but the lady with glasses and brown hair at the Canada post and one of the Asian staff members at the pharmacy were completely AWESOME. Both were extremely kind and helpful. I will try to catch their names after, but I hope they get recognized for their amazing job.

Pharmacy is great and Ryan is a caring pharmacist who spent his time patiently resolving my coverage issues! I see him remembering his other patients by name and they all have a great interaction with him! I would not hesitate to come back and find him again for services.
