Angela is an incredible counsellor and human! My experience with Charlene has truly been life changing. Some of the lessons I learned during my first few sessions with her, are often the ones I go back to when I catch myself falling into old patterns. I'll be forever grateful. One of the many things I appreciate about Charlene, is how open and transparent she is about here own family life. It's perfectly okay for a counselor to use her family life as examples it it will help us deal with our own failings. Every counselor I've ever seen, I've asked about their families, because I need to know they're not sitting there pretending to have a perfect life, while trying to help me navigate mine.

It’s been 8 years since one of my daughters started seeing Charlene and I can genuinely say it changed her life. Charlene helped her navigate her crippling anxiety and taught her the strategies and tools to cope on a daily basis. As a counsellor she is warm, caring and easy to talk to. I’ve recommended her to others many times over the past 8 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. She’s simply the best.
