Sam, in particular, stood out for his amazing customer service, going above and beyond to assist me. The assistant manager was equally kind and patient, ensuring a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

Nathalie made our experience so pleasant and wonderful. She was really attentive and provided rigorous information about the types of lenses that we could choose from so that we could be 100% confident in our choice of glasses/lenses. Nathalie was very helpful! I came to the store with my glasses notepad missing and one screw in the frame completely stripped. She quickly found a solution for the screw and replaced both nose pads. She was a pleasure to speak to!

I had the most wonderful experience at Specsavers in Guildford! The staff were incredibly helpful, clear, and accommodating. The entire process—from the eye test to choosing frames—was quick, easy, and stress-free. A special shout-out to Elena, who truly went above and beyond. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect pairs of glasses and explained everything so clearly, making sure I felt confident in my choices. Her kindness and patience made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. The prices were affordable, the service was outstanding, and I left feeling happy and excited about my new glasses.

After having negative experiences at other facilities, my experience at Spec Savers was as good as it gets. They answered any and all questions. Despite the facility being very busy, I still felt like I was being looked after by the best. I think her name is Dr Lee but not sure. Then the girl who helped me with the contact lenses was patient and listened to my previous experiences before offering me a trial of a different brand of lens. I am happy to give them the best rating and will recommend them to anyone looking for an eye care facility.

I love the staff at this location! I had previously brought my son here and we had a great experience, so I decided to come back for my own eye exam and I’m so glad I did. Jasmine was my optometrist this time, and she was incredibly friendly, thorough, and made me feel well taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care.
