I had a massage session booked and attended to, on the 1st of March 2024. I went in with a stiff neck and back pain and not wanting to go through the pain during the weekend, I decided to go with the therapist available on this day. Paolo De Leon was the RMT and thank goodness that I went for the session. Coming out, I was very happy and could feel the difference in my neck already. Paolo was very respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. The issues were properly assessed and treated. Paolo was patient when answering my questions, and took the time to understand the underlying issues. He also took the time to suggest different techniques, correct postures etc. I think his understanding of human anatomy is phenomenal. One of the best clinics that I have visited for my massage. Definitely booking for monthly maintenance massages, if not sooner!

Every time I go to I Dawn Health and Wellness I see Liza. She is amazing!!! In fact, all the staff and practitioners are super friendly whenever I go. I usually do a 60 minute session with Liza. She’s always attentive to my needs and really takes the time to understand what I want to get out of the session with her. The hour always goes by too quickly in my mind because her techniques are so very relaxing and I don’t ever want to leave! Haha. I highly recommend Liza.

I had a very good massage experience with Liza Pinili today. One of the best I had so far. She hit all the right spots especially on the neck, shoulder and back. I am definitely going to be back. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve got the best experience coming here at Clayton Heights Sports & Therapy Center. I’ve been somewhere else but there is nothing compare to what they do here. The Staff’s were amazing and the therapists were well knowledgeable. The last therapist who helped me was James, and I followed all the things he had thought me it was unbelievable I thought I will not recover but I did. I had a great experience today at Clayton hight therapy center. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I went for a message because I had a stiff neck and shoulder. Chloe asked so many related questions and made sure to check everything before she starts. She is professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Most of my pain gone after the session. Highly recommended!
