By far the best weight loss program I have ever tried. While following the program I was rarely hungry. The key is to ALWAYS EAT YOUR VEGGIES! (2 cups per meal!) The snacks are delicious and kept me satisfied between meals, the hardest thing was refraining from eating too many of them. I would highly recommend the Surrey Weight Loss Clinic to anyone who is serious about losing weight. P.S: The chocolate pudding is too die for.

Diet is very healthy have lost 20 pounds and full of energy. Went to other places and felt low energy and tired when losing weight. Here I have had an amazing experience with health, weight loss and skin looks great. Thank you so much Surrey weight loss clinic.

It was a great experience meeting Andy i met him regarding weight gain and iron deficiency before the meeting i was thinking that it will be hard to explain my diet because being from punjab india we eat roti pulses(dal) vegetables but to my surprise it was so eazy....he understood everything quickly and gave solutions for my problem and he explained everything in a simple manner that it wasn't hard to understand about calories, carbs etc. Looking forward to follow the diet chart and gain some healthy weight while being energetic and live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been working with Andy for a couple months now and all I can say is Andy knows what he is talking about. Wonderful experience with LiveLifeMore Wellness clinic, Dr Jassal did a great job with our first experience ever health exam, He explained everything to us in a clear manner. He was also kind and friendly, We have been to many gynaecologists but unfortunately no positive response, Dr Jassal explained us about how Ayurvedic treatment process works, we follow his guidance & it worked 100% positive results.

The online plans shared by Dr Pallavi are very effective , they are super flexible with with your dietary requirements and keeps a track of the plans all the way till the end. Highly recommend.
