I received an amazing RTT session from Jessica which was profound for me. Before having the session the issue was my sensitive nervous system. As a sensitive person any change in my environment/meeting new people-situation/feeling uncomfortable-uneasy while facing challenging situations used to affect my nervous system in the form of physical symptoms like excessive sweating, body pain and headache. During the session Jessica helped me gain deep understanding why I formed those beliefs/behaviors followed by releasing and transforming them. She gave me a powerful personalized audio recording to listen to for a month. I feel so much better, at ease, calm, comfortable and confident these days. I feel empowered and more intuned with my body. While facing challenging situations or people I am more present and at ease now. I would highly recommend Jessica to all of you.

A few factors were affecting my sleep for the past few years. When I got Covid, it got even worse. I tried many things including all the recommended sleep hygiene elements, and even cognitive behaviour therapy. These things improved my sleep some, but not completely. I started working with a ND on supplementation. And I was also referred to try RTT to help my brain issues (fight/flight and sleep anxiety). Through hypnosis, Jessica was able to get to the root of my issues and beliefs that were subconsciously causing me sleep problems. After listening to her meditation recordings for a few weeks, my sleep improved dramatically. I still continue to listen to the recordings, but not every day. My sleep is consistently in the 90s (Oura ring) now, and I feel much better physically as a result too. I very highly recommend Jessica and RTT if you are struggling with sleep.

I am truly thankful for the professional and sensitive way in which Jessica approached my healing journey. This was a pivotal experience for me. After many years of struggling with anxiety, depression, poor self esteem and self sabotage, Jessica was able to get to the root of my issues and offer a treatment that was tailored specifically to me.
