Solace Wellness Centre

The place is rightly named. It brings you solace. The rooms have faint but positive lighting, lovely mild music and simple yet welcoming interiors to stimulate the mind. The staff is always so courteous and well behaved that one doesn’t feel out of place. I was given my massage by Brittany this time, who was very understanding and made me feel comfortable by asking about my choices first. The next one hour just flew by. I was totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I went back to work after the massage and experienced better productivity at the workplace. I would totally recommend the Solace Centre to friends and family.

Had my first ever massage and I left feeling like a new woman. My back has literally never felt so great! I didn’t even realize how much pain I live with day-to-day until I felt so much instant relief after my massage. Seriously game changing! A beautiful centre, and Kati did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to Lynne for about 8 years and consider her hands gifted, knowing the sources of pain even before I do. The clinic itself is very peaceful and entered thru a beautiful garden that together with Lynne's calming and caring energy are very conductive to healing. Very much a Solace Centre.
