The whole process start to finish was excellent. Matt is great, very informative, and helped ease my moving worries. Jesse & Aaron were fantastic! Very professional, patient, and calm. They had a solution for every hiccup we encountered and never panicked. We debated going with some other companies that costed less, but I’m so glad we didn’t. We really saw the value in First Rate Movers. I highly recommend this company, and I wouldn’t ever use anyone else for my move!

Hired First Rate Movers after contacting several other companies and so glad I did. Was very impressed by their professionalism, speed and friendliness. They arrived on time, put runners everywhere (we had wall-to-wall beige carpeting), wrapped up all furniture in blankets, dismounted the bed and tables, went down 2 flights of stairs to the truck, and when the move was over there was nothing scratched, no dirty floors or marks on the walls and was billed as estimated. Totally satisfied with this company and recommend it highly.

I have used them twice and was extremly satisfied both times. Once was during the very beginning of the pandemic when nothing was certain and I wasn't sure if I could get anybody to help me move, but they showed up on time and did a great job. They provide free quotes and responded quickly to questions. They provided friendly, reliable service and they took painstaking care of my most valuable items and treated them as if it was their own. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere, anytime
