Dr. Laura Imola is a naturopathic doctor and the owner of WIN Health Performance Centre. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario and studied naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She also obtained her yoga teacher certification at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in 2003 and completed the Compassionate Inquiry Professional Training course with Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur, a fellow naturopathic doctor. Dr. Bird has been amazing throughout any issues I’ve had with my back. He’s also turned out to be a true friend and always acted in my best interest to get me feeling better both physically and mentally. I sincerely thank Matt for everything. The front desk staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome even though I may not be able to walk very well!

Very professional, knowledgeable and educational explanations related to my condition. I have arthritis in my hip. Dr Matthew Bird after my very first visit made me feel amazing, 2nd and 3rd visit I had acupuncture done, he showed me several excerises to do at home and I am feeling almost 100% better. Dr Jessica Elia has a lot of knowledge regarding any injury and is able to explain thoroughly and create a plan for recovery. The office is very welcoming, comfortable and very accessible. I go in for maintenance once a month and always walk out feeling better. I highly recommend her.

My family and I love IHN! My chiropractor is Jessica and she is wonderful! She always helps us out when we’re struggling with body pains. And Dr. Groves has been an amazing naturopath working with my 2 year old daughter and I with our health concerns. We appreciate all that you guys do! Thank you so much!

I can not say enough about this clinic. I went to see Dr. Scott in hopes that he can help me with my immune system. I have been getting sick over and over again. As soon as anyone was near me with the slightest cold or such, I would get it and get it bad. I just could not catch a break. Someone recommended Dr. Scott, and I could not be happier. He is very informative and was able to pin point what maybe the issue. So we started on a plan right away. I have never felt so great. I have not been sick in awhile now. My family even got the stomach flu, I did not! So if you are looking for a naturopathic doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his team.

Was dealing with pelvic pain issues and decided to make an appointment with Hart & Sol's physiotherapist, Amy Riddick. I was skeptical at first, as the doctors I saw weren't much help, but Amy was great. She took the time to explain things to me, listened to my concerns and just went, what I feel was, above and beyond her duties as a physiotherapist by communicating with me and being available if I needed help. All around a wonderful person and fantastic physiotherapist. I believe I am finally on the road to recovery and I'm grateful.

Dr Figueroa is absolutely amazing and so helpful. He's helping me so much and I recommend him to anyone seeking the natural way. Thank you Dr Figueroa.
