My experience here has been far better than I ever expected from a walk-in clinic. I suddenly found myself without a family doctor. The treatment I have received here has been as good, if not better than the family practice I attended previously. Fast referrals to specialists and genuine interest in my overall heath and wellbeing. The wait time is typically about an hour… no different than an overworked GP. Reception is kind, patient and attentive. I feel safe and assured that my health care needs will be attended to in a caring, attentive, professional and timely manner.

Really wonderful customer service, receptionist was calm, friendly, organized and efficient despite clinic being very full on a Friday evening. Doctor and other med staff also professional, kind and proficient. Would recommend without hesitation, we needed the clinic because of an accident while we were on vacation in Niagara Falls and they could not have been more helpful. Our thanks.

Went in just before 4pm and the receptionists were very kind and accomodating! Bathrooms were spotless, and with the in clinic lab and pharmacy my visit was very efficient and comforting. Immensely thankful they were open on a sunday as well on a holiday weekend. Receptionists were very polite to other patients as well, very thankful to have such a nice clinic so close to home.

NIAGARA WALK IN CLINIC AT WALMART REVIEWS

I went to this clinic last month and, I was pleasantly surprised the entire staff was extremely friendly. The clinic has excellent facilities, the doctor was amazing and kind, and the receptionist, Madeleine, was very helpful and welcoming.

I went to this clinic this morning to see a doctor about my bad cough. The receptionist was very friendly and in no time I was in the treatment room with Dr. Dagleish. This man is bar none the nicest doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. His manner is so friendly and kind and he really listened to what I had to say. He gave me a puffer and took the time to make sure I was using it correctly. People, I highly recommend this clinic and this doctor.

I had the best experience here! Dr maan was so attentive and helpful with my health issues and the lady at the front desk was so nice and a joy to talk to.

Never trust the reviews ,everyone experience differs. I went here visiting from the USA receptionist was very nice, they had a few patients before me but wait time was still not long I was surprised and the doctor was thorough and professional.... very nice and clean clinic... already feeling better.. the pharmacy is also right across which made things more convenient and staff was also very professional..I recommend this clinic.

Waiting times were a bit long as expected, however I was very happy with the service. Both the doctors I spoke with were kind and thorough. The receptionist was fantastic at efficiently managing the long line of patients. She took the time to use google translate with the patients who needed the assistance.
