“Dr. Aleksa Cenic graduated from McMaster University in 2002 and completed his neurosurgery residency training at McMaster University in 2009. He then finished his spine surgery fellowship at the University of Calgary in 2009 and his Peripheral Nerve fellowship at the University of Calgary in 2010. Dr. Aleksa worked at Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary as a Neurosurgeon/Spine Surgeon from 2009 to 2011. He now practices as a Neurosurgeon/Spine Surgeon at the Hamilton General Hospital. Dr. Aleksa is clinically interested in treating spinal disorders, injuries, and diseases in adults, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar-sacral decompression, instrumentation, and fusions.
