“Dr. Camilo Garzon earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree from La Salle University and started practicing in Bogota, Colombia, before moving to Canada in 2008. He completed the International Optometric Bridging Program at the University of Waterloo and is board-certified by the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
