I have been going to Hakim Optical at 21 Weber Street N, Waterloo fir many years. Ali is absolutely the best. He is very helpful and has excellent interpersonal skills that makes me feel I hit the very best deal available. I have a complicated prescription and Ali always gives me the pros and cons based on what I think I’d like compared to the best choice.. Thank-you Ali.. he is a great asset to your company image!

Every time I go to this location everyone is super friendly, patient and informative. I am always blown away by their kindness. I actually look forward to going to the eye doctor now thanks to them. Not only are they inexpensive but they are always a pleasure to deal with.

What a wonderful store and staff! I bought the coolest glasses here and when I needed a repair on one, the staff made it so easy! highly recommend.
