I had a great experience with the whole team at both the Kitchener and Waterloo locations. They were always helpful and very accommodating with booking appointments and rescheduling. I had my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Phan and I’m glad I had him. He’s experienced, very good at what he does and super friendly. I highly recommend TriCity.

All of the staff are pleasant and professional, appointments are on time, and the treatment plan is going well and according to the proposed timeline. We could not be happier with our experience at TriCity orthodontist! Beginning with our initial consultation, we were very impressed with Dr. Phan and his team; knowledgeable, professionalism, timely and kind. They are easy to work with to schedule or even reschedule an appointment. Over the last year we have moved 1.5 hours out of the KW region, however, we continue to make the trek back because the whole experience from start to finish has been wonderful and Dr. Phan really knows what he is doing and wants to help host patient.
