Austin came in and immediately took care of business! He listened to my wife's concern with the neighboured Owls preying on rodents with poison. Austin explained the process and how it would not affect Owls. After one visit and setting traps in the most strategic places it worked. By the 2nd visit the activity had stopped. We now await the final visit to plug any holes. Austin is professional , courteous and works clean and quickly. Owning a service company myself i wish i had a few Austin's on board. The value that Pest Detective gives is excellent.
