Lifemark has been my home away from home while attempting to fix an old injury from a car accident. I am so thankful to have found this place. My physiotherapist Allison has gone above and beyond to help me and after over 10 years of chronic pain I am starting to feel better! My chiropractor Mike also does an outstanding job. He was able to discover that my lower back was having so many issues because of an old injury in my hip flexor! I recently tried dry needling with Nicholas and it was WONDERFUL! I will definitely be booking in with him again. Oh and I had a great massage from Alix once as well! The ladies at the front are always so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here work together as a team and it really shows. Seriously love this place! 5 STARS all the way!!!!!!!!!
Allison started off as my physiotherapist because of a referral from a friend and has since become not only my physio, but also a great friend! She is knowledgeable, great at what she does, very kind, and listens to any concerns I may have and helps come up with different ways to feel better. As an athlete with multiple areas of injury, she helps with them all! I recommend her to anyone who asks me and will continue to recommend her in the future.
I suffered with an injury for several months without relief before seeing Allison. Since seeing Allison I have finally found relief through her treatments. She is amazing! She is kind, caring and so positive. She always makes my day better just by seeing her. She is very concerned about her patients and will do everything in her power to help you.
