Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs

Kelsey and Kayla helped open our pool. They explained in detail how the system works, made the whole presentation very easy to understand, and made me feel confident on how to maintain the pool. They are both very friendly, flexible and care very much for a work well done as well as build a positive client care relationship. Look forward to having them again at the end of the season! The technician, Steph, was experienced and efficient. He listened to my observations and administered a pressure test on the system to determine the cause of our pool issue. He also set up a temporary fix to allow us to use the pool properly until the final repair could be completed.

Had a great experience with Mermaid for our new above ground pool. Myrtle Myers guided us through everything and answered all our questions while also suggesting alternative products which saved us money. And thanks to the install team, and Jackie for super fast delivery and install. Would recommend!
