New to life with a septic tank, I wasn't sure what to expect. With due diligence, I chose Poirier Waste based on the detailed information I was provided when I first made contact, the friendliness of the person I spoke with, and the price, which just happened to be the best. When Bob and Sylvain arrived in the big orange pump truck, they were happy and friendly. Over the time it took to empty the tank, we learned a bit more about the company, received an explanation on how the tank worked, had an assessment of the health of our system (it was good), learned about the filter (it was also in good shape), gained an understanding of what we were looking at (nothing gross), along with some tips to ensure things continue to stay healthy. We found the process very interesting and really enjoyed chatting with Bob and Sylvain. I will use Poirier Waste for future service and will continue to recommend this company to my neighbours and anyone else looking for Five Star service.

Just a quick note to say thanks to your colleagues that attended my house to conduct a septic tank cleaning today. Both gentleman were very professional and took the time to answer some questions about the system that i had. They provided me with some knowledge about " Filtering" and how to extend the years of my system with proper maintenance. I have had another company in to conduct the same cleaning a few years ago and i can say that your company was not only less expensive but certanily offered the customer service that we consumers appreciate.
