Great selection and great staff!! I went in looking for one thing and was able to find it right away. Also everything was very stocked and the staff were very helpful. I was asked if I wanted to join a program and also given a coupon for 30% off an item for my next visit. I will be coming back to get more craft supplies.
Larger store, available parking, checkout staff friendly and quick. Product selection was good for what I was looking for.
We're lucky to have such friendly and knowledgeable staff here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area Michael's stores. The Kitchener location is my favorite though.
