I have been lucky enough to have Madison assist me in solving my sleep problems. I tried the device several years ago and could not get used to it or sleep better, my sleep was worse. Finding out that my levels had skyrocked to 30, I knew I had to try again. Maddy made the process so much easier and tolerable. She guided me along week by week, with bubbly enthusiasm, willingness to pursue new masks til we found the right one, absolutely no pressure, just encouraging and patient. I am comfortable with all of it and sleeping much better and best of all...no more snoring. Hats off to Maddy, she is the best!!!

I was so concerned when it came to going on a CPAP machine, but the process of doing the sleep test and the subsequent appointments to get set up with the machine were seamless. Madison M. was an absolute delight; she really was thorough going through the sleep test results, right up to explaining the way the device works in order to help me get started with my treatment. She was prompt when answering my questions and had a lot of tips to help me get accustomed to wearing the device at night. It takes me about 1/2 hour to get to this clinic, but it’s worth driving to this location because of the care I’ve received. Thanks Madison!

Staff was very helpful during my CPAP trial, walked me through each step and answered all my questions. Rebecca was very helpful with my mask fitting. Therapy has been going well and the machine has drastically improved my sleep as well as other ailments that I was not aware were connected to my sleep apnea.

I was very nervous to do a sleep apnea test as I am very agoraphobic and generally super anxious. But the lady at the Edmonton south side location was super helpful and answered all of my questions, made me feel very at ease.

My sleep study was scheduled quickly, staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The home sleep study was easy to do and I got results and recommendations soon after study.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming—definitely a place where you feel comfortable right away. Nadine was my consultant, and she was absolutely fantastic. Professional, respectful, and very easy to talk to. There was zero pressure throughout the process, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I felt genuinely listened to, and her expertise made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Highly recommend Dream Sleep to anyone considering a sleep consultation. Their team creates a supportive environment and Nadine in particular is a standout.

I had a really great experience with Ryan, he’s been absolutely fantastic to deal with. He took the time and had the patience to help me try different masks until I found the perfect fit, which made such a difference. On top of that, he went above and beyond by assisting with all the paperwork, making it much easier for me to put my claim through. I truly appreciated the support. The rest of the staff were also friendly and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them, thanks again, Ryan, for your kindness and help!

The service is great at Dream sleep currents drive, front desk Staff was polite and awesome . Nadine has always been patient and kind in answering my questions. My CPAP and equipments has been working well for more than 6months. I highly recommend.
