YOGALIFE STUDIOS REVIEWS
Absolutely wonderful. Thoroughly enjoy all the classes, and instructors there. Danusia is my favorite! Her guided meditations during 8 pm Yin are everything. Seriously guys, her voice and energy is so soothing, and knowledge is on point. I have told all my family and friends about this, hoping they can accompany me and give a try. Thank you so much Yoga Life, and big shout out to Danusia, you rock.
The studio is beautiful, clean, well laid out and I appreciate that there are showers! Melissa and Stephanie are the best! Each of their classes were challenging but approachable, fun and energetic. I love both of their teaching styles and I look forward to my next classes with either of them!!! Thank you!
I practice at the south studio. It's a warm and cozy place to practice, the teachers are all so friendly and eager to chat. Yogalife is great exercise but it's mostly great for my soul :) A place where I physically and mentally take care of myself.

OM HOT YOGA REVIEWS
I have been going here off and on for several years. The owner and instructors really make this place what it is. They have some unique classes to try and are very inclusive, and supportive of the community. I was really impressed that they jumped to move online and they did it right! They have been hosting their classes online since March, with a brief stint of combo online/in studio when it was allowed. I thought this was really smart and great for accommodating the smaller class sizes, and different comfort levels of attendees. Looking forward to going back in person one day.
I attended a workshop recently, my first time at this studio, was very impressed at the warm, friendly and safe environment created by Jason. Learning to Fly can be intimidating and challenging, and Jason made it fun, approachable and has provided me with confidence and knowledge to continue to grow my practice. Thank you!
Every instructor is super kind and has their own personality and flavour. I like the class time options and the heat! I have been going to this studio for years and am a big fan.

METTA HOT YOGA EDMONTON REVIEWS
Very clean and friendly. Never met an instructor we didn't like, they're all well trained in clear instruction. I've been coming for 15 years, it's the best studio in town. Angela is great and so is the rest of the team. Really nice range between sleepy Yin and fast Flow available. Very broad schedule. Prices have held steady for a long time, 10, 20, monthly, yearly passes are great value. Classes are typically hotter the later in the day you attend. Try one cheap Karma class on Friday, and you'll be hooked.
This is a great hot yoga place. I've been doing hot yoga for 10 years and this is the first place I went to. I've always liked it even though I've tried many other studios. The instructors are fantastic, the studio is amazing, and the people are very friendly.
