I have been consistently practicing yoga for months here and it has been life transforming. Suffered from neck and shoulder pain for years. And practicing yoga here helped my pain go away. Worked better than the chiropractor and massage therapy for me. It is my go to place whenever I have stress. After class it is always calming, relaxing and refreshing. The variety of teachers here is amazing. They all have different styles. Thanks for Makaela for another great class. She is always filled with positive energy and strength!.
Thanks for a very calming class Kelsey. Your clear instructions, and graceful demonstration had me in a deep peaceful groove for the class. Some of your phrasing was poetic and put a little smile into my practice. See you again.
Beautiful studio. I have been going since it opened and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff and teachers are respectful, welcoming, and kindhearted which I find very important when attending a yoga studio. I recommend this studio for all level’s including beginner.

TOP 3 OM HOT YOGA REVIEWS
After trying out a couple different yoga studios, I found myself back at Om. This is by far my favourite hot yoga studio in the city and I absolutely love Jason’s class. His class is perfect for my endurance level and I always leave the studio feeling good spirited. They also spoil you with an ice cold towel at the end of each class. I appreciate how they always keep the studio and change room nice and clean. Plenty of street parking available in front of the studio. Highly recommended!.
Every instructor is super kind and has their own personality and flavour. I like the class time options and the heat! I have been going to this studio for years and am a big fan.
Great studio vibe and competitive pricing. Love the cold scented towels at the end of class. Would go everyday if I could.

TOP 3 METTA HOT YOGA EDMONTON REVIEWS
I booked a drop in class to try out the studio and due to an unforeseen conflict I was unable to make the class. I called the studio 5 hours before my class asking to switch to another time and received no call back. The following morning I called again and left another message. I emailed and was told that they do not respond to voice mails despite having a voicemail. They also would not let me change my class time and told me that I would have to go to my bank and put a stop payment on my credit card in order to get my money back. This is exactly the kind of customer service you should not do if you want to keep your business running. I will be telling all my friends who do yoga to avoid this place and their shady business practices.
Well as a first timer I cannot say enough about the welcoming atmosphere and how non threatening the entire vibe is. I would suggest anyone wanting to try for the first time to just go. the hardest part is opening the front door. the rest will flow...
One of my fav studios in Edmonton. Excellent teachers, clean facilities, and a variety of classes.
