I had a great experience with alena. I like that the fee was a one time fee and I didn't have to pay for each returning visit. Her assessment was very in depth and she listened to my concerns regarding my sleep deprivation and the negative effects it was having in my life. I would definitely recommend her to someone that is really struggling with their sleep.

After 2 years of no success looking for help with my poor sleep quality, Alena helped me find habits I have that are disrupting my sleep, as well as referring me to a sleep apnea test where I found out that I have sleep apnea. She also went out of her way to follow up and check in to make sure that I was doing okay, even though there was no monetary benefit to her. Highly recommend.

Alena really knows what she is talking about. Helped both my husband and I - now no need for 2 bedrooms! His health is way better, and we are both sleeping better with snore issues resolved. With almost a hundred sleep issue contributors, it was awesome to find out exactly what related to us. No more guessing games. And -bonus - better sleep = better weight control. Very happy to have consulted with her. A one time visit for a lifetime of feeling better in every way. Definitely worth the nominal fee.
