Beth was professional and had a calming, cheery demeanor. She determined my concerns, and confirmed the treatment plan before settling me in to the bed. Her pressure was immaculate the entire time, keeping a steady pressure most of the time, but easing off at sensitive areas, and picking the pressure right back again as soon as that area had passed. She noticed little knots in my back and spent a little extra time working those out without prompt. The experience starting from the steam room through the massage session and relaxing in the lounge after, was exceptional. It was the perfect combination of therapeutic and relaxing, something that is hard to come by in a lot of RMT settings; they are often very clinical in setting. I will absolutely be rebooking at Aru with Beth.

Elvira is a truly exceptional specialist for manicure and pedicure services. During my visit, she provided a complimentary neck massage that added an extra touch of relaxation and made for a truly memorable experience. What's more, her infectious positive energy and constant smile made the whole process even more enjoyable. I can confidently say that Elvira's unique combination of skills and personality make her a valuable asset, and I am already looking forward to returning to her for my next appointment.

I came back to Aru Spa for a full body scrub and mineral wrap. I feel renewed as it has added scalp and neck massages. I can't wait to have another spa experience with Elvira!
