The atmosphere was very tranquil. I was greeted with smiles and was also asked about my reason for visiting, what I was looking for and what I wasn’t comfortable with. Tara was amazing at listening to my needs and explaining everything to me as this was my first massage! Overall, a very welcoming, serene place that I will be coming back to.

Renu Spa Urban Retreat is a great place for facials, manicures and pedicures, massage and other self-care treatments. The spa is kept very clean. The employees are courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend it!

Very friendly and helpful desk staff. I have gotten many massages here and am very happy with their service. Will definitely keep going back here unless I move away!
