Very friendly and makes sure we understood everything especially what we aren't suppose to do. Advance equipment for COVID to monitor customers coming in that is top notch. Best customer service we had in such a long time! Thank you for making the process easier!
Great overall experience with Primo. First time using self storage and I was very pleased with the service. Staff was really friendly, they had the best pricing and storage facilities were very clean and very spacious. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone we know.
