I love Dr Heritz. She’s amazing, kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, caring. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Her Staff is great. Their efficient, knowledgeable and caring. If you need help just tell them. I am so fortunate to have Dr Heritz and Dr Tisdale and their staff. Without them I’d be lost. Thank you.

Dr. Heritz is fantastic! She’s a caring, consummate professional. She answered all of my questions and solved the issue I was referred for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Very happy with all aspects of my Dr and Staff. they make everything easy and are very helpful.

l so so recommend her especially if you are female she is professional and funny and so nice and caring explains everything and it goes exactly as she says. l recently had some surgery by her and the staff at the hospital in niagara falls and her were awesome made me less full of anxiety. l give her a 10 or of 10 and most of the time she answers the phone herself which amazes me and never feels like you are being brushed off or asking a stupid question. My elderly father in law was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer, and spent 2 weeks in hospital. Dr. Tisdale was excellent during this time. He was the one that admitted my FIL during his first appointment when it was revealed that surgery was required. He visited us regularly giving us updates on tests, procedures and was very thorough each time. He took time almost daily with us to update and make sure we were understanding and on the same page. He wasn't able to get OR space in the hospital Dad was in, so he made arrangements to transfer him for day surgery to another hospital and then back again. He also arranged for tests outside of his purview, showing he cares for the whole person. I cannot comment on his office staff, we only dealt with him directly, and he is seriously amazing. Very caring, thorough and makes sure the family and patient understand. Excellent bedside manner, great humour and genuine concern for the patient. You are not treated like a number with him. I would highly recommend him!

What a great guy! He took the time to sit down with me to look over my CT scan and waited patientlyfor me to decide the plan that made me feel most comfortable. I really felt i could trust him. Great experience. Thank you Dr.Tisdale.

I have total admiration and trust in Dr. Tisdale's skill and professional abilities. As someone going through a combination of bladder/urinary issues combined with prostate cancer, I appreciate his sense of humour usually administered during times when it is needed most. Dr. Tisdale has helped me through my journey numerous times and I will always remain grateful! As an aside I must also acknowledge Melonie, the extremely skilled woman in the office who is either the official office manager, gatekeeper, or bonified real life Wonder Woman, who also has a wonderful sense of humour. Whatever she is being paid, it is not enough! Thanks to the entire team!
