I called Waterloo West to see if they could get my dog in to identify the issue and provide some comfort. We were able to secure an appointment that same day. The kind doctor performed a gentle and thorough exam on my pup and administered treatment. My pup is back to 100%, and I'm so glad I chose this vet!
