My girlfriend and I have been working with Michelle for a few months and her guidance has led to each of us meeting our diet goals on a regular basis. Michelle brings an upbeat, encouraging attitude towards enjoying a healthy, balanced diet with room for treats - no food is bad even cheesecake! Our first sessions began with setting personalized meal plans based on our current diets, struggles, and goals. These plans came with resources to help stay on track that my girlfriend and I each use on a daily basis to: mark what foods we've eaten, plan ahead for meals, and assess the nutritional content of food that we're most concerned with. All in all, we've both been very pleased with Michelle, and the cherry on top is that Michelle shares her own videos of meal ideas using familiar brands and products available from Kingston grocery stores.

Michelle is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to...I love that she takes the time during Covid to offer amazing online videos with fabulous 15 minute healthy, family-friendly recipes & lots of helpful shopping and prep tips too.
