I chose Lillypad to help me get to goal when I was turning 49 because I wanted to fit and 50. She coached me thru nov to jan 2011 and i got to goal 34 lbs off. Great recipes, lots if talks and listened. I am 55 now and have been able to keep my weight with 8 lbs since then. Once a year i do a tune up and back to goal I am.
