I strongly recommend this place not only for yoga lovers but also for people with back pain who wish to feel better and live a pain free life. Renu, my personal trainer, has helped me a lot in that regard. I never did yoga in my life and one of friends told me it would help me with my low back pain. He was not lying. It did help me a lot thanks to Renu’s professionalism and experience. She knows what she’s doing. She listens carefully to her clients and tries to identify the source of the problem so that she can focus on resolving it. Thank you so much for your help. Strongly recommend.

This is a gem of a place . The atmosphere is so serene , calm , relaxing and warm . I come to this place for prenatal yoga classes and must say I am loving it. It has been helping me with my back ache and overall mental health . The trainers are experienced . Felcy is my favorite (she is is our Trainer on Friday’s ) . She is such a beautiful soul and takes very good care of everyone in the class . It a pleasure to be in her class . I would recommend this place to everyone , I bet you won’t be disappointed.
