Hello, I have been going to this studio for almost ten years. The owner and staff instructors are very knowledgeable, respectful, well trained, courteous and helpful. The studio is very clean and during COVID, the guidelines were followed. I believe that the yoga asanas, postures, that I have learnt at this studio have helped me recover expedietly from knee surgery. I do believe that I get more than what I pay for. Sometimes, the studio also offers many free karma hot yoga class occasionally to members, taught by the studio students-in-training. Overall my health has improved since I am attending this studio and I look forward going there on a regular basis.

I am so glad I found this yoga centre a few years ago, the instructors are very motivating. They provide modified versions for those in need and they keep your concerns in mind during classes. The studio is very clean and the environment is so welcoming. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Wonderful yoga studio with excellent teachers and a variety of classes at convenient times. All the instructors go above and beyond to make class accessible to all and challenging when we need it. The studio is so calming and welcoming. Thanks Sarbjeet and team for being awesome. See you on the mat!
