Modo Yoga Brampton

I recently joined Modo Yoga in Brampton, and I can't get enough! I look forward to the class, which I attend almost everyday. This location has been under new management since January of this year. Everyone is very friendly, from the owners, to staff, to members. You feel like your part of a community. I really enjoy the variety of classes (i.e. standard Modo, to Freestyle, Flow, Core, Fit, Yin, Restorative....). The instructors also genuinely care about your progress, and provide guidance. So if your looking for a way to decompress, release stress, clear your mind, and at the same time get toned and fit, this place is definitely worth giving a try.

Amazing experience, excellent management team, the most engaging instructors. Very clean and organized facility. Probably the best Modo in the GTA. I'm very excited to come here as a regular. If you're new to Yoga like me this is the place to be they walk you through the steps to become better. There were people from all experience levels there which was awesome. Truly can't recommend this place enough!

My experience with Modo Yoga so far has been awesome! I started off registering with the intro special, and I am hooked! The teachers are fantastic and the energy of the studio is great. This is a great location for anyone looking to join a hot yoga studio!
