Inspire Hot Yoga

This was my first time at Inspire and first doing yoga let alone hot yoga! Was a little unsure going in but felt welcome from the first step in the door. Daniel was friendly and explained things to me. Others in the class helped explain a couple things as well before the class. During the class I watched what other people were doing and listened to Daniel and it was really good. I will catch on to the movements and I am excited to go back! Thank you for making it comfortable for a newbie!

I was hooked from the first class. This studio is so inviting, it feels like going home when you go to class. All the teachers I have had are phenomenal, and I love the playful atmosphere that Dan has created here at Inspire. For experienced yogis or newbies, this is THE studio to join here in Lethbridge. There’s really no excuse not to try it, considering their intro offer is so affordable! Thanks Dan for creating an awesome studio/environment!

Loved the experience and vibe - was visiting Lethbridge for the weekend and found this awesome place of peace and happiness. Daniel’s lived experience is inspirational! Interactive class -chatty folks, while on the mats … but the vibe is a nice change from the typical yogi “shhhh” hype! Thanks for the warm welcome.
