Modo yoga Stratford is an amazing and special place. Whether you practice every day, once a month or once a year you are always welcomed into the space with loving arms. Christa, the owner, is so fantastic at what she does. She makes everyone feel special and provides just the right amount of challenge, encouragement and positive mindset into each practice. Everyone at modo is just so fantastic! Keep up all the amazing work you do, you truly make a difference to each person that enters your space!

I have been going to Modo Yoga for a couple weeks now and love the atmosphere. Even a beginner like myself is welcomed and supported by wonderful, knowledgable instructors, who each bring something different to each practice. It is a safe space with no judgement or criticism, but positive and calming vibes. I highly recommend.

Modo yoga Stratford is an amazing yoga studio!! Love the teachers , the wide variety of classes and the wonderful community spirit. I always feel very centered and rejuvenated after every class. I am grateful we have such an amazing studio in Stratford !! Thank you !!
